Publication is automated. There is no routine human approval queue for first publish.
Pipeline
- Submit a safe-format Cue package / manifest
- Validate (schema, required fields)
- Scan (policy / prohibited categories)
- Sandbox + automated tests
- Auto-approve or auto-reject / quarantine with machine-readable reasons
New versions re-run the same pipeline. Continuous monitor may auto-suspend. Fail closed on unsupported or arbitrary code. Unsupported or arbitrary code is rejected.
Owner (human) role — exceptional only
- Policies and prohibited categories
- Emergency shutdown
- Exceptional account action
Submitter code is never hot-loaded onto the production execute plane.
