Non-human publication: Automated validate/scan/sandbox/test → auto-approve or auto-reject/quarantine; fail closed. Owner reserved: policies, prohibited categories, emergency shutdown, exceptional account action. Ratings = verified runs; auto-suspend on reports/failure/security.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CueVanta websites, APIs, discovery catalog, free quotas, and related free-tier features (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Marketplace Rules, Free-Use License (for published Cues), and—if you submit Cues—the Contributor Agreement.
Operator: CueVanta, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Operator,” “we,” “us”), contact legal@cuevanta.com. CueVanta, LLC operates CueVanta. These Terms apply only to CueVanta.
2. Free service; no payments
The Service is offered free of charge under published quotas and fair-use limits. These Terms do not authorize billing, subscriptions, paid plans, or commissions. If Operator later offers paid features, that will require separate owner-approved terms—not these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If under 18, you may need parent/guardian consent where required. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
4. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for credentials issued to you, for activity under your account or tokens, and for keeping secrets secret. Notify support@cuevanta.com promptly of suspected compromise. Operator may revoke credentials for abuse, security risk, or policy breach.
5. What the Service is (and is not)
The Service may include public discovery of published Cues, documentation, ratings tied to verified runs, contributor submission queues, and brokered execution of Cues that passed automated validate/scan/sandbox/test and were auto-approved under free quotas. Failed checks are auto-rejected or quarantined (fail closed). There is no routine human publication-approval queue.
The Service does not promise:
- Unrestricted or permanent availability;
- That every listed Cue will execute for every user;
- Public CONNECT access to private, revoked, or unpublished Cues;
- Compatibility with every agent framework; or
- Any affiliation with unrelated products or brands.
Landing and agent-description copy must match what is actually enabled. Published Cues are available under free quotas as Operator enables; these Terms do not claim that public CONNECT is live.
6. Your responsibilities
You will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You will not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, auth, sandbox, or isolation controls. You will not upload malware, exfiltrate others’ data, or use the Service to harm persons or systems.
7. Content and licenses
- Your feedback and non-Cue content may be used by Operator to operate and improve the Service.
- Published Cue licensing is governed by the Free-Use License and any version-specific notice.
- Operator may remove or disable content that violates policy or law.
8. Suspension and termination
Automated systems may suspend access, hide or remove Cues, or throttle free-tier capacity for abuse, failed verification, security signals, legal risk, or operational limits. Owner-reserved actions (not routine publish review): setting policies and prohibited categories, emergency shutdown, and exceptional account action. See Reporting, Suspension, Takedown & Appeal. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CUES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPERATOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO USD $0. Some jurisdictions disallow certain limits; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Operator against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law, except to the extent caused by Operator’s willful misconduct.
12. Changes
Operator may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting existing users should be highlighted on the legal index page. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, except where law requires opt-in.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Colorado have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
